Renovating A.M.E Zion Diamond Hill Primary School, Calabar

We rolled up our sleeves and got to work, we transformed the schools.

Our journey didn’t stop there. We visited A.M.E Zion Diamond Hill Primary School in Calabar, Cross River State, a school that had been neglected for years. The sight was heartbreaking: broken floors causing injuries, a lack of desks, and students without uniforms or study materials. But where there’s a will, there’s a way.

  • Painted the entire building.
  • Installed floor tiles in every classroom.
  • Provided new blackboards, desks, and sanitary materials.
  • Donated uniforms and study materials to students in need.

By 1 am on Monday, we had renovated 7 blocks of classrooms, just in time for the students to return to a safe and inspiring learning environment. The joy on their faces was priceless.

Renovate-a-School: Building Hope, One Classroom at a Time

Our Renovate-a-School initiative is more than just fixing buildings; it’s about restoring hope and dignity to rural communities. Schools are not just places of learning—they are cultural hubs where athletics, drama, music, and social activities bring communities together.

So far, we’ve renovated schools across 12 states in Nigeria, but our work is far from over. Together, we can ensure every child has access to a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow.
